How to send a loved one’s voice recording
- Find the clearest clipsVoice memos, voicemails, phone videos, interviews, and singing clips may work. Favor clips where you can hear one voice clearly, with little background music or overlapping speech.
- Upload the original filesUse Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud, WeTransfer, or another file-sharing service. Audio and video files are both welcome.
- Check the sharing linkAllow anyone with the link to view or download the file. Test it in a private browser window so our team can open it without signing in to your account.
- Paste the link at checkoutOn the Personalized Voice Message product page, choose a message length, paste the recording link into the voice sample field, and type the exact words you want spoken or sung.
What happens after you submit it?
We review the source audio to see whether it can support a usable AI voice model. For a personalized message, a professional actor or singer performs the words you provided; AI voice matching gives that performance the familiar vocal character, and an audio engineer finishes the recording. The result is a newly created performance, not an original recording of words your loved one said.
If the audio cannot produce a usable voice model, we will refund your order 100%. The resemblance of a completed recreation depends on the quality and variety of the recordings, so an exact match cannot be guaranteed.
